Pago por publicación de artículos / Article Processing Charges (APCs) – Juridicas CUC

Una vez finalizado el proceso de evaluación por pares en modalidad doble ciego y comunicada la aceptación formal del manuscrito por parte del Editor en Jefe, se notificará a los autores la decisión editorial y se les invitará a realizar el pago correspondiente al cargo por publicación (Article Processing Charge – APC). Con los nuevos cambios implementados, las tarifas aplicables son las siguientes: Para artículos aceptados a partir del 10 de abril de 2025, el valor del APC será de 1.500 USD para la revista Jurídicas CUC y 750 USD para la revista Modulo Arquitectura CUC. Para artículos aceptados antes del 10 de abril de 2025, se mantendrá la tarifa vigente del año 2024, equivalente a 500 USD. En estos casos, los autores deberán solicitar previamente un cupón de descuento a Editorial EDUCOSTA al correo educosta@cuc.edu.co, el cual habilitará la tarifa correspondiente al año 2024. Este paso es obligatorio para aplicar el valor anterior. Una vez efectuado el pago, se debe enviar el comprobante de la transacción a educosta@cuc.edu.co, adjuntando: El soporte de pago El título del artículo La notificación oficial de aceptación Plazo para efectuar el pago: En caso de no recibir el pago en un plazo máximo de dos (2) meses posteriores a la notificación de aceptación, se procederá con la cancelación del proceso de publicación del artículo, lo cual será comunicado formalmente a los autores. Los recursos recaudados a través del APC están destinados a financiar procesos clave del ciclo editorial, tales como: Diagramación y diseño editorial Corrección de estilo Gestión de la plataforma tecnológica Servicios de soporte técnico y editorial Estas inversiones aseguran la calidad científica, sostenibilidad operativa y visibilidad internacional de la revista. National payments  Para pagos nacionales por favor envíe su transferencia a la cuenta de la Editorial universitaria de la Costa Banco Davivienda N° 027269997188, NIT: 9010956076. Envíe por favor el soporte de su pago al correo electrónico educosta@cuc.edu.co indicando los autores y los datos de publicación del artículo, para expedir la factura al comprobante de pago por favor diligencie los datos en el formulario. Description

Once the double-blind peer review process has been completed and the manuscript has been formally accepted by the Editor-in-Chief, the authors will be notified of the editorial decision and invited to proceed with the payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC).

With the newly implemented changes, the applicable APC rates are as follows:

For articles accepted on or after April 10, 2025, the APC will be: – USD 1,500 for JURÍDICAS CUC – USD 750 for MÓDULO ARQUITECTURA CUC

For articles accepted prior to April 10, 2025, the 2024 rate of USD 500 will remain in effect.

In such cases, authors must request a discount coupon from Editorial EDUCOSTA by writing to educosta@cuc.edu.co. This step is mandatory in order to apply the 2024 rate.

Once the payment has been made, authors are required to send proof of the transaction to educosta@cuc.edu.co, including the following:

Proof of payment

The title of the article

The official acceptance notification

Payment deadline:
If payment is not received within two (2) months of the acceptance notification, the publication process for the article will be cancelled, and the authors will be formally informed of the decision.

Funds collected through the APC are allocated to support essential stages of the editorial process, including:

Layout and design

Language and style editing

Management of the digital publishing platform

Technical and editorial support services

These resources ensure the scientific quality, operational sustainability, and international visibility of the journal.

National payments 

For national payments please send your transfer to the account of Editorial universitaria de la Costa Banco Davivienda N° 027269997188, NIT: 9010956076.

Please send the support of your payment to the e-mail educosta@cuc.edu.co indicating the authors and publication data of the article, to issue the invoice to the proof of payment please fill in the data in the form.

International payments

For international payments, please use your PayPal account as you normally would. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
