Once the double-blind peer review process has been completed and the manuscript has been formally accepted by the Editor-in-Chief, the authors will be notified of the editorial decision and invited to proceed with the payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC).
Once the payment has been made, authors are required to send proof of the transaction to educosta@cuc.edu.co, including the following:
Proof of payment
The title of the article
The official acceptance notification
Payment deadline:
If payment is not received within two (2) months of the acceptance notification, the publication process for the article will be cancelled, and the authors will be formally informed of the decision.
Funds collected through the APC are allocated to support essential stages of the editorial process, including:
Layout and design
Language and style editing
Management of the digital publishing platform
Technical and editorial support services
These resources ensure the scientific quality, operational sustainability, and international visibility of the journal.
National payments
For national payments please send your transfer to the account of Editorial universitaria de la Costa Banco Davivienda N° 027269997188, NIT: 9010956076.
Envíe por favor el soporte de su pago al correo electrónico educosta@cuc.edu.co indicando los autores y los datos de publicación del artículo, para expedir la factura al comprobante de pago por favor diligencie los datos en el formulario.
International payments
For international payments, please use your PayPal account as you normally would. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
